These Terms govern access to and use of the AlgoTrips platform operated by Epic Escapes LLP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
AlgoTrips is a B2B platform that lets travel advisors plan itineraries and book flights, hotels, activities, and transfers for their customers via third-party suppliers.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
Bookings, pricing, and payments
Bookings are fulfilled through travel suppliers and are subject to their fares, availability, and rules. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed. Payment, wallet, fees, and refund handling are as described at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the applicable supplier’s policy for each booking, plus any platform terms shown at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities for traveller data
When you enter your customers’ personal data, you are responsible for having the right to share it for the booking. We process it on your behalf to fulfil the booking (see the Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use it unlawfully.
Liability and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
