This Privacy Policy explains how Epic Escapes LLP (“AlgoTrips”, “we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when travel advisors use our platform to plan and book travel for their customers.

Data we collect
Agent account data (name, agency, email, phone, PAN, GST, address). Traveller data entered by agents for bookings (names, contact, date of birth, nationality, passport details where required by airlines/visas). Payment references. Usage and device/log data (IP, browser).
Why we use it (purposes)
To provide the service: building itineraries, creating quotations, and making flight/hotel/activity/transfer bookings with suppliers; payments and invoicing; account security and fraud prevention; legal/tax compliance; and service communications.
Sharing with suppliers and processors
To fulfil bookings we share the necessary booking details with travel suppliers and payment/communication processors. We share only what is needed for the booking and do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the above purposes, then delete or anonymise it — except records we must retain for tax/legal reasons (e.g. invoices and booking records are retained for the statutory period and then de-identified).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g. marketing). You can download your data from your account, or contact our Grievance Officer. We respond within the timelines required by law.
Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and encryption of sensitive identifiers) to protect personal data.
