Ziguinchor

Ziguinchor is the capital of Senegal's Casamance region, spread along the south bank of the Casamance River about 60 km from the Guinea-Bissau border and roughly 350 km from Dakar by road (though the road runs through Gambia, so most travellers fly or take the overnight ferry).
