Shenyang City

Shenyang is the capital of Liaoning Province and northern China's largest city by urban population at 8.1 million. It is where the Qing dynasty began: the UNESCO-listed Mukden Palace and the imperial tombs at Zhaoling both predate the move to Beijing.
