Qianxinan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture

Qianxinan (literally "south-west Guizhou") is an autonomous prefecture in the south-western corner of Guizhou province, where the province meets Yunnan and Guangxi. Its capital and only realistic base is Xingyi City.
