Plitvice

Plitvice Lakes National Park is Croatia's most famous natural attraction and a UNESCO World Heritage Site (since 1979). It comprises 16 terraced lakes of extraordinary turquoise and emerald colour connected by 90+ waterfalls and cascades, all on wooden walkways through karst terrain.
