Miraflores

Miraflores is the upmarket clifftop district of Lima and the base most visitors to Peru use for the capital. It sits on the Pacific, where a line of green parks runs for miles along the top of the cliffs and the Malecon boardwalk looks down on surf beaches a hundred metres below.
