Lucca

Lucca is a walled town in northwestern Tuscany, 30 minutes from Pisa and 1 hour 20 minutes from Florence. Its defining feature is a vastly intact ring of Renaissance walls, wide enough on top to walk and cycle, that encircles a flat, compact historic centre.
