Kobarid
Kobarid (Italian: Caporetto) is a historic village of ~1,000 people in the Soča Valley, northwestern Slovenia, less than 10 minutes from the Italian border. The Soča River (Isonzo), famous for its emerald-green water, flows through the valley.
