Kanchanaburi Province

Kanchanaburi is a province in western Thailand, roughly 128 km (about a 2.5 hour drive) west of Bangkok. The provincial capital sits at the confluence of the Khwae Noi and Khwae Yai rivers, which join to form the Mae Klong River.
