Jilin

Jilin City sits in the central area of Jilin Province in China's Northeast, wrapped by a bend of the Songhua River (coordinates 125°40'-127°56'E, 42°31'-44°40'N). Its original name, Jilin Wula, means 'city along the river' in Manchu.
