Huehuetenango

Huehuetenango — 'Huehue' to everyone who lives there — is a highland city of about 144,000 people at 1,900 m (6,200 ft), sitting at the foot of the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes in far western Guatemala, 266-269 km northwest of Guatemala City and close to the Mexican border.
