Entebbe

Entebbe is a lakeside town ~37km south of Kampala, set on the shores of Lake Victoria. The name derives from the Luganda word 'e ntebe' (seat/chair). Once Uganda's colonial capital, it now hosts the country's main international airport and the President's official residence.
