Bir is a small Tibetan settlement and village in Kangra Valley, Himachal Pradesh, India, at 1,525m altitude. Together with Billing (2,428m, 14km away), it is dubbed the 'Paragliding Capital of India.' Bir offers Tibetan monasteries, cafes, yoga retreats, trekking, and a laid-back Himalayan vibe.
