Amakusa
Amakusa is an archipelago of two large islands (Kami-Amakusa/Oyano-Matsushima in the northeast and Shimoshima in the southwest) plus more than a hundred smaller islets, lying roughly 60 km southwest of Kumamoto City in western Kyushu, Kumamoto Prefecture.
